News Harden invited to Council on Litigation Mgmnt
Richard R. Harden has been asked to become a member of the Council on Litigation Management, a nationwide organization with a mission of furthering the practice of litigation management. Previously known as the Council on Ethical Billing, the new name was announced in April, 2008. Membership is by invitation only.

The Leading Lawyers Network, a division of the Law Bulletin Publishing Company, recently recognized nine Thomas, Mamer & Haughey, LLP attorneys as members of the group. They are:

On February 11, 2007, Colin Haley joined Thomas, Mamer & Haughey, LLP as a new associate. A native of Mahomet, Colin graduated in 2003 from Illinois Wesleyan University and in 2006 from the University of Illinois College of Law.
His practice is focused on the areas of estate planning, estate administration, real estate and elder law. Three TMH Attorneys Named Super Lawyers
William Brinkmann, Craig Causeman and Richard Harden have been named as Illinois Super Lawyers for 2006. This follows a four-step selection by the publication Law & Politics, after polling more than 47,000 Illinois lawyers. Brinkmann and Harden were named personal injury/medical practice defense lawyers, while Causeman was named for workers’ compensation law. Only seven Champaign-Urbana attorneys were named as “Super Lawyers.”
